These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SharpHub Design Academy courses, content, and related services (“Services”). Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
- You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3. Content and licenses
All course materials and platform content (including videos, text, templates, downloads, and assessments) are owned by SharpHub Design Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal learning purposes.
You must not copy, share, resell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content unless expressly permitted in writing by us.
4. Payments and refunds
If you purchase a course or subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Payments are processed securely by authorized providers. Prices and availability may change, but changes will not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course. We may request reasonable proof of purchase and usage data to process your request.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Attempting unauthorized access or probing vulnerabilities.
- Interfering with or disrupting servers, networks, or other users.
- Infringing intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
- Sharing accounts, course content, or downloads outside permitted use.
6. Disclaimers
We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharpHub Design Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
